1. Scope
This policy applies to fees billed by HIDAOUI MED LLC for marketing consulting services. Specific payment, refund, and cancellation terms for a given engagement are set out in the client's written agreement, which governs in the event of any conflict with this general policy.
2. Cancellation of Engagements
Clients may cancel an ongoing engagement by providing at least 14 days written notice to contact@hidaouimed.com. Cancellation takes effect 14 days after the notice is received, and work already scheduled within that period is completed and billed as agreed.
3. Refunds
Because our services involve professional consulting time and deliverables, fees for work already performed are non-refundable. If a client has prepaid for services that have not yet been delivered at the time cancellation takes effect, the unused portion of those prepaid fees is refunded to the original payment method within 14 business days.
4. Recurring or Retainer Billing
For engagements billed on a recurring or retainer basis, billing continues until the engagement is cancelled with 14 days written notice as described above. No further charges are made after cancellation takes effect, and any prepaid amount covering a period after that date is refunded in accordance with Section 3.
5. Disputed Charges
Clients with questions about a charge are encouraged to contact us directly before initiating a dispute with their bank or payment provider, so that the matter can be reviewed and resolved.
